A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

How to Register:

Go to: metlife.com/mybenefits

Under Access MyBenefits, enter: Stephens County Board of Education

Select “Next” and follow the prompts to register (If you have previously registered, select “Login” - If you have never registered, select “Register”). If you previously registered with MetLife/ mybenefits, you will utilize the same user name a password for vision.
